How often are templates updated?

Our team will ensure all HR Policies and templates are updated and in line with current Australian Legislation. HR Policy templates are consistently reviewed and updated regularly when there is a significant change in legislation or when the policies need to be updated to support the needs of the business.

If you are a subscriber to Your HR System, do you have access to free templates?

In Your HR System, you will have access to a variety of HR Policy templates that you can use to implement within your business. All our HR Policy templates are up to date with current Australian Legislation and can also be tailored to suit your business needs.

If a HR Policy is not available within the templates section, Your HR Team can work with you to create a HR Policy that your business needs.

Do employees get notified when a new version is created?

It is important to ensure all employees and employers are compliant with company HR Policies. When a new version is created, Your HR System will notify you on the homepage when you log in as well as display an Amber coloured icon next to Company Policies indicating a new or updated HR policy requires acknowledgement.
