How long does it take to get up and running with Your HR System?

You have 2 options available to you when setting up your new account – “self serve”, or “basic setup service”.

If you decide to use our setup service, you will be assigned a HR consultant who will guide you through the process and accompany you through the onboarding. Depending on the company size, this process can usually take around 4-6 weeks from the signing of the contract until Your HR System is ready for use in your company.

During the set-up period, will I be assigned a fixed contact person?

If you use our “basic setup service” – yes. As a new client, you will receive a fixed contact person from Your HR System who will support you during the setup process and accompany you through onboarding.

Do I need computer programming knowledge for the setup?

No, all of the configuration and setup steps can be completed using the friendly user interface.

Does the setup take place on-site?

No. Your contact person accompanies you by telephone and through short Webinar / Screen-sharing sessions as Your HR System is set up.

Is there an additional cost for setup?

There will be a one-time fee dependent on the size of your company for the setup of your account.
