How long am I tied in for if I sign up?
You are able to cancel your contract at any point. It is worth noting that you will be charged for the current month if you cancel part way through.
Are there any monthly costs on top of the monthly fee?
No, there are no other monthly costs on top of the basic fee. When you initially set-up your account, if you would like assistance, there will be a one-time fee dependent on your company size.
Why do you charge on a per-employee basis?
We think this is the fairest way to charge, as our pricing model can scale proportionately with your business.
When determining the price, are former employees calculated in?
No. Only active employees influence the price
