How do I sign up today?

To sign up today simply request a demo and one of our team will reach out to you shortly.

How long am I tied in for if I sign up?
You are able to cancel your contract at any point. It is worth noting that you will be charged for the current month if you cancel part way through.
Are there any monthly costs on top of the monthly fee?
No. Unless you have signed up for a bespoke HR consulting service, but this will be invoiced separately.
Do you offer product training?
Our friendly team of expert trainers know the system inside out. A dedicated product trainer can show you how to make the most out of Your HR System, in order to make maximum impact across your entire organisation. Training is available online, or in person (depending on location) – either at your site, or at our head office.
Why do you charge on a per-employee basis?

We think this is the fairest way to charge, as our pricing model can scale proportionately with your business.

When determining the price, are former employees calculated in?
No. Only active employees influence the price
How long does it take to get up and running with Your HR System?

You have 2 options available to you when setting up your new account – “self serve”, or “basic setup service”.

If you decide to use our setup service, you will be assigned a HR consultant who will guide you through the process and accompany you through the onboarding. Depending on the company size, this process can usually take around 4-6 weeks from the signing of the contract until Your HR System is ready for use in your company.

Can I watch a demo of all features?
Yes. Based on your HR processes, we can show you how to make best use out of Your HR System. You can find more information here!
